Summary:The trial was located in Agricultural Sciences Faculty at the Technical University of Machala, located in the parish Change was made on October 19, 2010 to July 10, 2011. with a duration of 34 weeks. The general objective was wont to: kc curve for the cultivation of pepper during the vegetative period, in different weeks. The specific objectives were: 1. Get the kc values for the different stages of development in pepper cultivation under greenhouse at the Experimental Farm St. Agnes, 2. Set the water needs by stage and net crop, 3. Compare the values of kc FAO with the results. The area used for the assay was 42,00 m2, under greenhouse cover the beds of 1,60 m long and 0,90 m in width and a height of 0,40 m, the drip irrigation gave,kc values for the initial phase was 0,52, for development 0,67, 0,82 and mid-end development of 0,59. The need net culture was 367,80 mm in its development, the values of the initial phase is 27,33 mm., Development 38,00 mm., 173,34 mm mid development. and 129 mm. for the finals. The FAO kc-values were higher than the values of kc-UTMAC, the main limitation is presented in the trial was the temperature at the time.
