Gaia:Present work degree aims to develop and implement a training kit programming LED arrays, using binary programming in high level language, for career systems engineering from the Technical University of Machala, where students can do multiplexing programming practices for graphical representation of characters and figures, which can be designed by the same students through an analysis and understanding, through practice and manuals including KIT to guide and instruct students. Using software tools, both private and Freeware, as Proteus, which allows a great development of schematic diagrams and simulations, more attached to reality as possible, PIC - KIT tool Freeware that helps recording and loading data into the microcontroller , RAM, ROM, EEPROM etc. The most essential Mikro Basic in which all the functional code development for both operation and for learning practices and guidelines was conducted. Developed with the methodology called Software Engineering, which by their faces allowed this work meets development guidelines to provide a final work directly acceptable to the user, by means of requirements obtained the KIT was built, documenting all the development for future generations of students can continue with the expansion and restructuring of this work, creating multicolored graphics systems, graphics processors, creating a mini base operating system that controls the entire circuit and allow an interface with which you control and interact with all hardware mounted. Therefore the KIT is built, designed and implemented to improve the experience in programming of students through codes graphical display with a binary system, with which you can design large projects of hardware and software, saving devices and lines of code producing more profitable and acceptable final work in a very demanding and competitive market where customers look at the aesthetic finish and economic impact
