| Sumari: | This work corresponds to the thesis entitled: IMPACT OF EDUCATIONAL WEB 2.0 AS A RESOURCE IN PRACTICE TEACHING SCHOOL TAX TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE SANTA ROSA from Canton SANTA ROSA DE LA PROVINCE OF GOLD IN THE PERIOD 2013-2014 is required essential for the completion and subsequent graduation and obtaining a BA in Teaching in Informatics. Research based on the deductive process subject to scientific method from the analytical empirical paradigm that guides the systematization of the contents of diagnosis, whose structure poses the problem under study is addressed, is described, fixed location and warrants. The problem with central scientific questions and complementary systematized, targets are set: general and specific, Assumptions well established: Central and individuals, all with the purpose of directing the investigation. The framework is made up of three components: theoretical conceptual, contextual and legal administrative.
