| Riassunto: | This research work has as purpose analyze the behavior of the consumers of fast food in the city of Machala to achieve cover a specific niche markets with and appropriate to the needs of the industry and make a profit, where the future customers will be able to sue for the wide variety of products offered. Are you will be able to measure the satisfaction of the same, using this will enable us to do a marketing plan well-structured, orderly, and planned to the most appropriate and the best way for the strengthening of the turnover in the sector of fast food, because that is a large market in constant growth and usually the people chose to sue for this type of products as they are fast, tempting for most of the same who would like these dishes. The methodology will be exploratory with a qualitative approach, the instrument to be used will be the technique of the survey addressed to the economically active population whether men and women, the investigation will be conducted in the northern, central and southern parts of the city. As consequent will develop strategies and techniques which have a positive impact and help to improve this sector supply and thereby take advantage of new customs and styles of changing power of the people and protrude from the competition by providing a value added to their products and services. Today the demands of consumers are much more complex, since there is too much supply in this sector of food, all of the research conducted was done with the objective of studying the customer and to be able to fulfill the desires, needs and in the same way about their purchasing behaviors, their habits and your lifestyle to undertake the plan of action and be competitive in the market today. |
