Implementación del plan nacional de control en una camaronera del cantón Machala provincia de El Oro

The means of production which is developed shrimp farming should have quality standards that meet the demands of both internal and external customers. That's why the government through the National Fisheries Institute has developed a series of regulations or standards called National Plan of control, with the purpose of certifying the quality of the crop in all shrimp in the country and provide greater consumer confidence Ecuadorian shrimp. This study was conducted in the shrimp farm CEIBALOSA located in canton Machala, province of El Oro the proposed objectives were: 1. Diagnosing the condition of the shrimp CEIBALOSA as the verification form F05 National Fisheries Institute (INP). 2. Implementing the National Control Plan (PNC) in the shrimp CEIBALOSA. and 3. Assess the level of compliance of the National Plan of control under the F05 form the National Fisheries Institute (INP). First the diagnosis was made using the F05 form of INP as a means of verification was obtained as a result a state of non-conformity of the farm, then proceeded to properly implement the standards set within the F05 form in the shrimp, with in order to correct the critical points and make adjustments necessary for the proper compliance. Evaluation was carried back to the shrimp by the verifier of INP, using the same form F05 as a means of qualification, first made ​​on-site verification of the farm and after the carrying out tests for samples of shrimp farm, by the competent authority, issued the results of conformity by the INP for CEIBALOSA shrimp.
