Add Tag | Summary: | This work has been developed to address the defense bill fire under you that this is implicit in Article 18 a vacuum that by not defining who can aspire to the position of head of the Fire Department institution causing firefighters rented have been left regarding the application for this dignity, so to this problem propose an amendment to that article of the law governing the fire department with the hope that whenever they are including leased members in the definition this provision both people working for the institution as an entity in itself change positively, because being led professional career firefighters that those if medullary know the issues regarding the entity these are judiciously resolved, whereas this thesis is divided into four chapters in the first problem under study is found in the second the theoretical framework, the third methodological process and finally the fourth chapter on the proposed intervention. |
