सारांश:The project in the Marcabelí site - San José de Aguas Negras was determined by counting traffic. It is a way of cuartón of IV order as determined by the rules of MTOP, and I resulted in a design speed of 50 km / hour, a minimum slope of 0.05%, a 0.12% maximum slopes, the carriageway 6 meters, the shoulder of 0.60 as required by the rules of MTOP. Studies conducted in the laboratory of the Provincial Council gave me results in a low plasticity clay material, (CBR 2.8) The bridge stick quarry where the trials took place is a very good material; therefore it is very important and it determined as rocky with CBR 93.78%. The pavement structure is the determined with an asphalt layer 8cm, base 15, a sub-base of 15cm, 30cm and improved. The study of this project is very important for the community because it unites two very important cantons such as Marcabelí provinces and Las Lajas, for the betterment of the community and the socio-economic growth of San Jose site Wastewater. The terrain is hilly and me resulted in six critical points, 24 culverts, and 3 bridges.
