الملخص:The present work was carried out in the place La María, province of El Oro, in the Property Israel, property of Mr. Manuel Curay, located via Pan-American Machala - Santa Rosa, the biological control of nemátodos was investigated in banana tree, thinking about the following objectives: 1. to establish the biological control of nemátodos in banana tree, by means of the use of bacterias and mushrooms. 2. to determine the best nemátodos control with the application of beneficent microorganisms. The application of the biological products was carried out with a backpack bomb in semicircle, in the foreseen doses, around the succession son, taking into account only those recently given birth to plants; to the 15 days, later the application of the following ones to the 30, 60 and 90 days. The micro organisms included in the prepared bio to apply to the base of the plant, they were Trichoderma sp (100 ml/plantas); Phaecilomyces linacinus, (120 ml/planta) Bacillus chitonovoras (120 ml/planta) and Pasteuria penetrans. The study variables were: Initial population of nematode percentage of alive roots, height and the succession children's circumference, percentage of healthy roots, monthly population of nematodes, final population. The rehearsal was framed at random in a design in Blocks with four repetitions, totalling 20 experimental units. The previous analyses of roots to the application of the different treatments evidenced that the nemátodos population was high, overcoming to the threshold of damage of 5 000/100 g of roots and with around 60% of functional roots, the difference to 100% was dead and damaged. The nemátodos species with bigger persistence and high levels of R. similes, Pratilechus, Helicotilenchus and Melodoigine sp. The treatments were efficient in the control of R. similes and other nemátodos, especially Paecelomices that was able to reduce the population and to control until 85,33%, with a notable increment of the height of the succession children, the same as the diameter of the pseudotallo and the percentage of alive roots, with that which the plants improve their anchorage, the absorption of the nutrients. Trichoderma antagonistic mushroom of causing mushrooms of the pudrición of roots, achievement to reduce the population of nematodes conforms the abalizan the analyses of roots.
