Afegir etiqueta | Sumari: | The present study of Recurrent Selection: Obtaining of Mestizos of Corn (Zea Mays L) among lines S7 (CIAP 01) and NB 7443 you takes to effect during the months of September from the 2007 to February of the 2008, in the experimental Farm Santa Inés, with the following objectives: 1. to obtain 68 mestizos of corn among lines S7 (CIAP 01) and improved material Nb 7443 and 2. to Continue with the autofecundación program with the lines S7 to obtain lines S8. It was used the lines S7 and the hybrid Nb7443, registering the agronomic characteristics according to that programmed. He/she was carried out the siembra of the lines S7 in individual furrows, in the floración stage they were cut the spike so that their pollen doesn't fertilize the same line or the adjacent ones; as source of pollen the variety of NB7443 was used that was sowed in the borders and in two furrows that each four lines S7 like separation were left; that is to say, he/she stayed a relationship of siembra of 4:2. To the feminine inflorescences it protected them to him with case of paper number two to avoid crossings indeseados, being obtained a total of 68 mestizos of those which the line 30 were that of more yield with 1,05 kg/parcela. |
