সংক্ষিপ্ত:In recent years, lnformation Technology and Knowledge (ICT) have signi¿ cantly i.nkenced the way people comrnunicate. In education, they have inkenced the teaching-learning process in nature, in the place and manner where they performed as well as the role of teachers and students. These elements give the possibility to work on the characteristics of new technologies from the point of view of constructivism, giving students the opportunity to construct knowledge without spaces or materials that are physically present in the environment (simulation) with a high level of interaction, at your own pace and in real time. The present work propases a project of university administration directed to the professors of the Technical University of Machala, to include in their teaching-learning process the information and communication technologies to contribute to the construction of knowledge, regardless of the mode in which the process runs. Initially, the project shall apply to the cademic Unit of Civil Engineering for later, and gradually, implement it in the remaining four un its.
