Sumario:The paper titled PRODUCTION CULANTRO (Coriandrum sativum L.) FOR INDUSTRIAL PURPOSES IN SOIL OF HEAVY TEXTURE was developed in the Granja Santa Inés , which were raised we obtained as determine the range of cilantro that produces the highest percentage of matter premium for industrial use and establish what stage of development the highest percentage of biomass is produced using a Randomized Complete Design (DCA ) with a 3x2 factorial arrangement and four replications , with an analysis of variance 95 % confidence while the treatment means of each factor were analyzed by Fisher's test (LSD ) at 95% with a confidence level and comparison of classes and evaluated by the system of index number to determine the amount of increase production found among these. The mathematical development was made with the help of Statistical Software STATGRAPHIC 5.1. The best answers corresponded to varieties Standing Long and Slow Bolting, while the variety Anita resulted in lower yields, and the best time to harvest resulted in certain variables that performed at 35 days after planting, being opposed to that found by Ludeña in 2014.
