| Sumari: | The objective of this research project is to "analyze the factors that affect the behavior of the consumer and their characteristics of purchase of the market of portable game consoles and bureau of the Canton Huaquillas in El Oro Province, through the method of inquiry, to let you know in a comprehensive manner, their characteristics and patterns of purchase", the methodology in the research guidance is quantitative and qualitative, allowing you to define in a proper manner to the problem through the implementation of the modality of field research, after performing the lifting of information, it was learned that the 53% of the population being surveyed, has acquired some time a game console, and the majority of this population is dedicated to the trade, a 59% of the total Respondents who have purchased a game console, have purchased a table device, the mark mostly accepted in these products is Sony, with a 80 %, while the brand most acceptance in consoles of handheld or laptop is Nintendo with the 53% of the population surveyed, the necessity for which the respondents acquire these products is entertainment and their frequency of purchase is every two years (renewal of console), generally the majority of respondents who purchased these products, they did so on Christmas, and the main interest that possess the customers at the time of buying a game console accessories are functional and decorative for these devices, once the grievant investigation concluded the existence of a low catchment For new customers, as well as a high level of preference for games consoles of bureau, it is mention the low level of promotions, advertising, and low value-added in the product being offered by the participating companies in this market, it is recommended that a greater emphasis on advertising, level of promotions and delivery of value added in the products, encouraging their use, and promoting efforts to attract new customers. |
