Mercado de trabajo y adopción de tecnologías en el sector agropecuario del cantón Chilla

The present investigation was carried out in the town Chilla of the county of El Oro. The objectives of the study were: 1. to determine the work market and the adoption of technologies of the agricultural sector of the town Chilla. 2. to evaluate until point the work market imposes a restriction to the technology application to the farmers of the canton it Chilla of the rural area and 3. to Analyze the market of agricultural work in the town Chilla to understand the economic forces that determine the rates of wages and the level of employments in rural sector. The work was carried out by means of interviews to the farmers of the different places of the town whose surveys took to 257 farmers at random. Those restored to the different variables were detailed in the results, giving us to know the painful reality that today in day the farmer of this town lives, obtaining remunerations too many first floor that which has taken to most to leave his origin places. A level of vastly low study, as much in the wives as in the children in comparison to the cities of the country. There is not family planning ending up being increased the number of members in the families, causing bigger necessities in the homes. They don't explode since in big quantities the cultivations they lack extensive lands and the floors are of levels first floor of fertility in some sectors for the fisiografía of the area. Their production is sold middlemen obtaining little gain. The cattle exploitation is carried out by most of the farmers, they execute it in an empiric way without being able to optimize its productions for the lack of technical advice. The tecnificación of its properties lacks agricultural machineries, carrying out the preparations of the floor through yokes of oxen, equally it happens with the deshierbas and crops. The fertilization in its lands is in negative for the high cost of the inputs, and they lack credits and technical advice. The migration to other countries, for what some farmers of the place are forced to leave their places, is given by work lack and low wages, for better conditions of life.
