| Riassunto: | The main objective of this research is to generate a model of cooperative training for internal and external users of the Cooperative of Savings and Credit "Educadores de Loja", based on a diagnosis directed to managers, employees and partners related to cooperative knowledge. To achieve this objective, surveys were applied to 25 partners, 15 managers and employees; The investigation was divided into two phases, the collection phase of information about the internal and external users of the cooperative and the second phase, the application of surveys directed directly to each agency; The information was tabulated and the following results were obtained: Partners, employees and leaders have little knowledge in the field of cooperative training; Nevertheless they express a great interest in participating in trainings that help to improve the productive development of the cooperative to which they belong. Therefore, it is concluded that although the "Educadores de Loja" Savings and Credit Cooperative does not have a training model, this institution wants to undertake training on important issues related to cooperativism in order to strengthen managers, employees and partners in the provision of services and improve the self-esteem of this prestigious entity. |
