For this reason the management saw the need to implement a software solution that automates processes that department, and decided to perform the "Development and implementation of module quality control, integrated to Borja system (SISBOR) using web technology mobile and desktop devices to Industrias Borja SA located in the city of Machala, "the same is to automate control processes fumigation customer specifications, startup and shutdown filling, control ripening, job application; also it has reports for the rating list of fruit, laboratory analysis. The module is housed as SISBOR on an intranet server with Ubuntu Server 12 Framework Sencha Touch and ExtJS operating system, its powerful layout manager that gives web applications with rich interfaces, server Apache web to be flexible free software and efficient; also the manager PostgreSQL database was used for its robustness and integrity when storing data for report generation Jasper Report was used, which allows us to generate customizable reports to the needs of the application, finally for documentation the Scrum methodology, which allowed the end user to integrate with the project and monitor each phase. Therefore the system implementation benefits the staff and management of the company, especially the Department of Quality Control, as it facilitates the management of processes, allowing record, organize and update information, in order to improve business productivity. |
