Přidat tag | Shrnutí: | The study's main objective is to identify the rights that are violated in children and adolescents children of mothers deprived of liberty at the Center for Social Rehabilitation of Zaruma, it is a phenomenon that very incident in our country and therefore in our province because it happens every day, because mothers are deprived of their liberty without considering that their children are at risk of neglect to separate them from their parent, which in many cases are not properly cared for by other family members being victims of abuse physical, psychological, neglect and child abuse. Our legal partner investigation is based on the need to assist the administration of justice to seek alternatives to different trial detention, which allows mothers with children and adolescents eligible for house arrest. Thus avoiding the separation thereof from its mother. |
