Summary:Educational management acquires prominence when looking for strategies inherent in their duties and responsibilities to the processes developed to achieve educational quality, against this assertion was considered to investigate the subject: Assessment Assessment management authorities and academic development of the technical college Vicente Anda Aguirre for school year 2011-2012 and proposed an alternative model of educational management based on complexity theory and its relationship to quality standards, which allows us to appreciate the quality and effectiveness of management and academic development running direct human talent campus. To what extent management processes allow achieve real institutional development, particularly in academics.
