description This research project has as a point of focus to raise an approach to how bad eating habits affect the human being; placing us from an artistic perspective, considering the sculptural and ephemeral nature linked to society, referring to "Human Deconstruction as an element of analysis from ephemeral sculpture". It should be noted that art is present in several situations representing some problems of a social, political, economic, educational, among others. Considering this way, different guidelines that help to have a discursive and reflective panorama for the spectator. This is how a preamble to ephemeral art opens up, within contemporary art, this type of manifestation is proper due to its fleeting nature from the moment it is carried out, taking into account this particular characteristic, the production of artistic work is carried out , which consists of the representation of the organs that are affected with the passage of the disease, evidencing it with an ephemeral sculpture. However, we can say that through history human beings pass from a passive life to a consumerist style, allowing themselves to be carried away by everything the market exposes. The bad habits that are inherited from the family environment, a bad diet that leads to the neglect of their health. The diet based on high levels of sugars and saturated fats is a trigger to cause diabetes, this way of feeding should be modified to reduce this rate of people with diabetes mellitus 2, since it is considered as a social problem of public health. Something similar happens with people having relatives with this disease, however, with a healthy diet they have not developed this condition, it is true that in another family circle free of this genetic predisposition and without adequate physical activity, and high levels of stress allows the income of this disease in their lives. For this purpose, it is necessary to emphasize the preventive measures based on the care of our health, in the first place, taking into account the constant assistance to the doctor and investigating on those points that in their moment seem unknown to our perception. With regard to what has been said above, it can be said that this type of affection does not consider the sex or the age of the people, due to the fact that their development is gradual, that without their proper treatment it can turn into something deadly. In response to the problems exposed in the development of the project, from the ephemeral sculptural art, artists referring to this theme, who with their creations allow us to reflect on this social problem, which directly or indirectly has taken over without any doubt of a large number of the population, according to the passage of time. In conclusion, the research work aims to provide reflections through contemporary art that allow the viewer to be part of the work through the Eat Art, creating a reflective approach, providing information on diseases and preventive measures necessary to prevent these continue to take hold of people and therefore of many families around us.
