Gaia:This research was conducted in the laboratory of the Technical University of Machala in the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences, from the day 12, 2010 to 02 July 2010 in order to determine levels of bacterial resistance antibiotics that are used frequently in the canton Balsas, raised the following objectives: 1. To determine the etiologic agents of disease causing gender, 2. Set bacterial resistance to antibiotics commonly used in broiler 4 to 7 weeks, 3.Establish the costs involved in the use of antibiotics to carry out this work took a total of 75 samples of commercial poultry flocks in the canton Balsas, transferring sick chickens to the laboratory of the University, where he proceeded to sacrifice to obtain the sample for bacterial seeding. The samples came from Broiler chickens aged between 4 and 7 weeks. It was observed that the gentamicin is the best action antibacterial agent against bacteria had in chickens.
