Diagnóstico del índice de fortaleza institucional ifi de la asociación de ganaderos del cantón Piñas

The current research work was made in some farms in the rural towns of Piñas, Moromoro, San Roque, La Bocana, Fatima, Damas, Saracay which are in Piñas city in El Oro Province, the planed objectives in this work were: To make a diagnosis about the Asociación de Ganaderos in Piñas city, to identify capacities, potentialities and opportunities inside the Association To develop an Institutional Reinforcement Planning (IFI) in order to consolidate the sindicates to response successfully the local challengesThe research was made in a direct way, a survey was applied with the farmers and the procedures were realized in the Asociación de Ganaderos. IFIS methodology was used; this one allows us to set three categories, human, social and financial resources.14 questions were selected; they were divided into 40 matters which are the principal menu to organize the Association.The obtained results show us the necessity of a re- construction in the Association because results were critical completely-Due to this there is the necessity of introduce a new Institutional planning that permits to form a strong Assosiation and set a mission and immediate and long time objectives in order to give better results in the local development .The new planning is implanted to control the debilities in the association and human, social and financial matt.
