Summary:The digital media have benefited greatly in the educational sciences, allowing the teaching process to be more attractive in academic training, thanks to the help of different technological resources that have allowed us to contribute in a disciplinary way in education and communication , However not all the processes are in development or go in the direction of digital literacy. The problems and the results presented in this research analyzed from a quantitative methodology allowed us to verify What are and how the students of the sixth semester of the social communication career in the subject of applied photography of the Technical University of Machala participate or use The technological resources in the educommunication process? In this work, we propose to develop an Educational Communication Initiative using technological resources such as tics to improve the teaching process in and outside the university classroom, with the subject of the camera, photographic composition and photographic subjects theme selected through Diagnosis studied in which tactics are applied, clear and precise concepts according to the subject.
