The characteristics of the mountainous terrain, a road of IV order, whose length is 4,570 km, with a design speed of 25 km / h was designed. The pavement structural package is 75 cm., The asphalt of 5 cm to 20 cm base, sub-base of 50 cm. For the development of the communities involved all the factors of the project are focused on a single fixed goal, which meet technical and professional criteria, prepared to meet and prioritize the most important needs in the area. |

El objetivo principal es realizar los estudios y diseño geométrico y estructural de la vía Curtincapac – Los Llanos – San Francisco, para mejorar el transporte, comercio y educación de estos sectores. El parámetro que intervienen en el diseño geométrico de la carretera es la topografía del terreno y la cantidad de vehículos que circulan por esta; para la cual, adopte lo establecido en las Normas Ecuatorianas Viales (NEVI-2012), para el diseño de la superficie de rodadura utilice la guía AASHTO para Diseño de Estructuras de Pavimento, edición 1993. Por las características del terreño montañoso, se diseñó una carretera de IV orden, cuya longitud es de 4.570 Km, con una velocidad de diseño de 25 Km/h. El paquete estructural de pavimento será de 75 cm., la carpeta asfáltica de 5 cm, para de base de 20 cm, sub-base de 50 cm.
