| Summary: | In the “Santa Inés” farm belonging to Technical University of Machala, was took a study about the different alterations pathological or physical that present in each post-harvest of tropical fruits of the El Oro area. The goals were: To settle down the alterations pathological of fruits harvested: mango, orange, pineapple, Carrabolla, Maracay, bade, papaya, avocado, Guaynabo, lemon in the down town of the El Oro province. Determine the period of useful life and senescence to the commercialization of ten species of tropical fruits, evaluate three chemical fungicides products and organic in order to prevent of post-harvest illnesses and realized one day of field to demonstrate the results obtained. The commercial products that were used are the Citrex, Magnate, hypochlorite of sodium and witness to respective comparison. The design for analyses the results was Completely Randomized with four treatments including the witness and three repetitions which we named the fruits to treat like: mango, orange, papaya, pineapple, bade, Maracay, avocado, Guaynabo, lemon and Carrabolla. From the results we must concluded: The treatment applied as protectantes of the fruits don´t arrived to get the results that we hope due to the low and high temperatures of the environment which it giving place an accelerated growth of mushrooms pathogens. |
