Variables of each variable Technical audit, legal audit, Management Audit, economic-financial audit, allowed to have resolved the systematized study of each factor were established, although it was unable to verify the records of the company given that access to this information was limited, the results determined that the proposal for an Environmental Management System for the company DEDAPASA SA, tribute to the sustained development of the community and the region is necessary. |

Variables of each variable Technical audit, legal audit, Management Audit, economic-financial audit, allowed to have resolved the systematized study of each factor were established, although it was unable to verify the records of the company given that access to this information was limited, the results determined that the proposal for an Environmental Management System for the company DEDAPASA SA, tribute to the sustained development of the community and the region is necessary.El objetivo del presente trabajo fue proponer una metodología para auditar el estado actual de la Hacienda DP1, que se encuentra ubicada en el sitio San Miguel del cantón balao de la provincia Balao, atendiendo a los aspectos técnicos, legales, administrativos, económicos, ambientales y comunitarios para lo cual se estableció una metodología de trabajo de investigación Exploratoria- Descriptiva-Correlacional, con la ayuda de una estadística simple, bajo un enfoque no experimental; donde se establecieron auditorías a los diferentes espacios de la empresa, permitiendo tener un claro panorama de la realidad en la que se encuentra la administración de los recursos y sobre todo el impacto que genera al ambiente el sistema productivo de la hacienda DP1.
