| Sumari: | The objective of this research was to apply Trichoderma spp in the purification of waste water using bioreactors biofilm. The research design was descriptive (describing situations and conditions and define the treatment that was statistically significant in reducing the COD of the waste, experimental water (four experiments were carried out (4), corresponding to an experimental design completely randomized resulting considering the factor [inoculum concentration and four levels for this factor]). It is possible using Trichoderma spp. to treat wastewater inocula experienced in F1, F2, F3 corresponding to 0.25, 0 , 5 and 0.75 g / L., obtaining kinetic removal about 70% in COD removal channel from the Male City Machala. So the results show no significant difference in the treatments applied. |
