Because the work was based on the following measurement variables: technical audit, Statutory audit, administrative audit, health and safety, community Audit and economic-financial audit, although being an estate of size about 20 ha, by its owners seek to improve to be able to maintain and the business of the production of banana fruit for export and helped to develop a number of monitoring different types of audit and thus leave a series of management plans which will enable them to remedy and improve driving conditions and development of staff and activities in the process of production and packing of fruit to see passed on in better overall satisfaction of both partners and harvesting field and customers, with better production and productivity hacienda as a company incorporated as such. |

Because the work was based on the following measurement variables: technical audit, Statutory audit, administrative audit, health and safety, community Audit and economic-financial audit, although being an estate of size about 20 ha, by its owners seek to improve to be able to maintain and the business of the production of banana fruit for export and helped to develop a number of monitoring different types of audit and thus leave a series of management plans which will enable them to remedy and improve driving conditions and development of staff and activities in the process of production and packing of fruit to see passed on in better overall satisfaction of both partners and harvesting field and customers, with better production and productivity hacienda as a company incorporated as such.En la actualidad la competitividad es un complemento integral dentro del proceso de cadena agroalimentaria y la producción bananera no es una exención, aún más cuando es el producto ícono de nuestro país en las exportaciones del mismo, por lo que estableció buscar un estudio para diseñar una PROPUESTA DE UN SISTEMA DE GESTIÓN AMBIENTAL PARA LA FINCA BANANERA “LA FORTUNA” EN ARENILLAS, para lo cual se establecieron objetivos como Caracterizar la situación de la Hacienda “La Fortuna”, durante los años del 2009 al 2013, Proponer una metodología para auditar el estado actual de la Hacienda “La Fortuna” y la comunidad académica, atendiendo a los aspectos técnicos, legales, administrativos, económicos, ambientales y comunitarios, Evaluar los resultados de las auditorías aplicadas en la Hacienda “La Fortuna” y, Proponer un Sistema de Gestión Ambiental para la Entidad, que tribute al desarrollo sostenido de la comunidad académica y la región en la cual se encuentra enclavada.
