| Sumari: | The Technical University of Machala, through the Faculty of Engineering asked a select group of students preparing research projects, which should be aimed at solving local problems, prior to obtaining the Academic Degree students, reason why the issue concerning the study and design of sanitary and storm structures, high- and low-Sur-B sector since Uniparaiso and street Carlos Andrade belonging to the canton Zaruma, El Oro province, in accordance with the Constitution of the presents Republic of Ecuador and environmental legislation (TULAS). The environmental report lies in assessing potential environmental impacts product of the construction of sanitary and stormwater networks for the sector indicated above, benefiting 815 residents of the urban area of the city, the screening begins at Uniparaiso to the street Carlos Andrade. Where the locals do not have the sanitary and storm, same services that are necessary for a dignified and healthy life. The main reference dela area is its mining activities as the backbone of its economy and its rich biodiversity, same found in a humid temperate zone with altitudes ranging from 600 to 3400 m, located in the branches of the mountain system Andes. This research fieldwork aims to identify and prevent damage or consequences caused to the users and beneficiaries of the work, as well as the environmental heritage of the area (flora and fauna), for this reason the work was carried out in the field study ecological, social, economic environmental and social components of place with the support of professionals and specialists from different areas of science and technology assessments. |
