| Tóm tắt: | In the present work a methodological proposal for the evaluation of the architectural design of detached houses of 130 m2 is made mentioning aspects related to the ecological architecture that takes advantage of the natural resources through the correct orientation and inclination of the house existing the need to use a methodology Of design to create more flexible spaces in the housing structure with an integrated system that encompasses each of these aspects. It was fulfilled with the main objective of the investigation that to develop a methodological proposal was used the bibliographic method that allows the evaluation of architectural designs in single family dwellings of 130 m2 And other specific objectives. A qualitative methodology was used with the bibliographical revision technique through the theoretical revision of scientific journals to determine the conceptualization of the terms related to the topic under study, in addition hemerografics were made in which relevant theories were analyzed that were a basis for the design Of the methodology of evaluation of the architectural design of houses. The evaluation methodology will provide a tool for the analysis of housing structures based on parameters that involve the area and shape of the dwellings, the environment, the space and the structures of the dwellings and thus determine the quality of the design that allows To the users to have comfort and well-being by means of the satisfaction of their needs. It is important to mention that a housing design based on a sustainable architecture with the environment allows a better use of natural resources avoiding the overuse of alternative energy that damages the economy of users and the planet. |
