Tilføj Tag | Summary: | The purpose of the proposal of the present project integrator is the recruitment of people with disabilities to the sphere of work, which has as its purpose to reduce the tax burden for the calculation of the income tax deduction benefits by applying for the hiring of people with disabilities to optimize the payment of taxes. As determines Hulett & Neyi, the tax system contributes a sequence of rules that reflect well in monetary terms, based on a value, which serves for the calculation of the income tax that must cancel each contributor. A procedure that defines an inflationary change of the monetary value that varies the standards and therefore, encourages a new allocation of the tax burden among individual contributors. The technique employed in this project was the interview with which verified the problem in which the company is going through, we were able to determine which were the shortcomings for which does not benefit the company of the tax incentives that laws provide, in addition ran the field research since it was conducted in the site where the events occurred. The monetary resources that are obtained from the deduction were allocated to the investment of technology, adequacy of the facilities and to provide training of the personnel. Many entities do not benefit from the tax incentives due to ignorance of the rules and tax laws, therefore it is recommended that disseminate to the firms by the S.R.I. Information programs which will explain each of the incentives set forth in the laws, was also conducted this project integrating with the reason for that many companies do not have in their facilities include people with disabilities in your payroll, to this guild that it is of the utmost importance to society. |
