Etiketle | Özet: | The sustained increase in quality standards in health services represents a challenge in the professional training of nursing students, who, when graduating, must possess a high level of labor competencies. The general objective of this work was to determine the influence of the intrahospital interaction in the process of job training of the third year students of the School of Nursing of the Faculty of Chemistry and Health of the UTMACH period from 2013 to 2014. The Diagnosis will serve as a starting point to develop and apply new methodologies that contribute to improve the process. A descriptive, cross-sectional, qualitative, applied and participatory research was carried out in order to fulfill the proposed objectives, applying surveys and interviews. The sample studied included 221 third and fourth year students and 21 teachers and tutors, belonging to the Nursing School of the Technical University of Machala. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistical methods, analysis of variance and non-parametric statistics with the SPSS 20 program for Windows. |
