Realizar un estudio de factibilidad para la implementación de un campamento turístico biocultural, en la comunidad Kichwa ´´El Cercado´´, que brinde servicios turísticos de recreación y concientice a los pobladores sobre el valor e importancia de los atractivos naturales y culturales.
