Los centros infantiles se convierten ante el problema en un lugar privilegiado, ya que todos los niños pasan por él y el profesor es el agente activo que estámás tiempo en contacto con los menores, lo que le permite ob servar y conocer el comportamiento del niño en el aula, y la interrelación con sus iguales. Las relaciones interpersonales está en crisis caracterizadas por la dependencia y el rechazo, esta aparece por la indiferencia de los padres y maestros razón por la cual el niño puede convertirse en un ser muy dependiente de los signos de afecto, exponiéndose permanentemente al peligro, abuzo sexual y rechazo. También se detecta una baja tendencia en la relación entre el grado de afectividad entre padres e hijos constituyendo un grave problema de relación y adaptación en la sociedad.
