In this new global, competitive and changing environment, innovation is one of the main tools to create sustainable competitive advantages that enable competitive differentiation. Today the automobile sector in the country and even more in Loja city has increased providing an ideal scenario with huge business opportunities. This project aims to measure the economic and financial performance, which offers the investor or investors the creation of an automatic car wash for light vehicles in the city of Loja, idea that came from a research that focus on the needs, tastes and preferences of Loja's citizenship. In this context, is proposed an appropriate organizational structure and international vanguard technology with business processes economically sustainable, but mostly oriented to rational use of resources |
