Gestión por procesos para el área de talento humano en el Centro Gerontológico Funpra del cantón Cañar, 2014.

This research paper presents the proposal Process Management for Human Resource area in Funpra Geriatric Center, which aims to optimize available resources, improve services, ensure the optimal performance of the resources and above all satisfaction Older Adults residing in this facility and the provision of a tool to implement Process Management. Processes and times in the activities carried out by professionals Funpra Geriatric Center are not formally established and structured to facilitate the understanding of roles, responsibilities and guidelines in the process, compared ea this problem is the need to design poses a Process Management system to optimize the available resources which will contribute to improving services and meeting elderly residents therein. This research proposes a model of Business Process Management that allows save time and be more efficient, as well as improve the performance of each of the professionals.
