Methodology: It was implemented a RCP workshop, creating a manual, academic video, and mentoring. It was performed a descriptive, cross-sectional quantitative design approach whose sample includes 74 students who received the workshop and were assessed by the OSCE. Results: We applied the OSCE observing that 100% acquired clinical competencies. 24% obtained an outstanding rating, 27% rated outstanding, 20% rated good, 14% satisfactory rating and 13% score enough. Conclusions: It was demonstrated that it is possible to implement a CPR workshop in the UTPL Department of Health Sciences. The OSCE is a useful tool for the acquisition of clinical competence
