The research is a descriptive, prospective, quantitative and cross-sectional study, carried out by the application of online surveys to 137 graduates who met the inclusion criteria. We proceeded to elaborate the database in Excel and its analysis in the program SPSS 2.0. It was observed that the training received at the Universidad Técnica Particular de Loja is optimally evaluated by the doctors qualified in this institution, as it allowed them to acquire the necessary skills in the labor and personal field to provide quality medical care. It facilitates the realization of changes in function of the current needs, which will benefit the future professionals graduated in the Technical University of Loja. |
