The research objective was fully achieved, knowing learning management and classroom social climate as elements of measurement and description of the environment in which it develops the students' educational process. This work took place in two schools in the city of Quito, school FFC "La Salle" and analyzing Education Unit WB learning management techniques through reading, interview, field observation and surveys, with methods: descriptive, analytical and synthetic, that will explain the purpose of the research with a sample of 44 students and 4 teachers in 7th year of basic education. It was found that between teacher - student and student-teacher must improve the living and climate of the classroom through a meeting between students and knowledge.
