إضافة وسم | الملخص: | Technological innovation is the engine of change in organizations, amending procedures, simplifies staff, implemented better controls, and allows achieving corporate goals rationally in the use of humans, financial and equipment resources the company merged . All change involves adjustments on the staff, these tend to be rejected because the daily habits is changed, causing fears and lack of cooperation during the analysis of the current situation to restructuring existing processes. Innovation leads to a reengineering process, which in this case analysis rationalizes the amount of human resources used, define new functions and tasks assigned in different organizational levels. These changes are reflected in the procedures, such a manuals, policies and forms that govern the activities to be performed by the system operators at different levels according to specific roles in the new scheme. The operations specified by the procedures developed from both the changes levels of systematization and automation of processes. |
