| Summary: | Abstract:The social networks are used in political communication to be related with the followings and amplify the impact of the message. More than 60% of the population in Latin America have actives accounts in social networks. The objective of the investigation is determinate the use and management in social networks that realize the official accounts of the Latin American presidencies y the personal accounts of the Latin America presidents elect during the year 2017. In effect, the organizations used social networks inside of their communication strategy. Facebook and Twitter are the social networks more used for the presidents and their governments. Twitter provide the possibility of share information of snapshot and direct way. Facebook is more used to world level for complement the communication strategies, with a navigation facility, has a global target. Through of the use of digital tools, were extracted data those analyze with the quantitative method identify an use, engagement and feedback major of the personal accounts than the presidential accounts. |
