: Gestión pedagógica en el aula: clima social escolar, desde la percepción de estudiantes y profesores del séptimo año de Educación Básica de los centros educativos: unidad educativa Santa Mariana De Jesús y escuela fiscal de niñas Manuel Guerrero de la ciudad de Cuenca, cantón Cuenca, provincia de Azuay, 2011-2012

This paper reveals students' school climate seventh year basic education school "Santa Mariana de Jesus" and "Manuel Guerrero" of Cuenca Canton, based on the application of the Social Climate Scale of Moos and Trickett, adapted from the Technical University of Loja. The study, whose overall objective was: "Knowing learning management and classroom social climate, as elements of measurement and description of the environment in which it develops the educational process of students in the seventh year of basic education" presents results systematized in charts and graphs that show the reality of the inter-school in our area. But the application of methods, techniques and instruments allow assessing the organization and implementation of activities in the classroom, to optimize this situation we propose the "Improving learning management and classroom climate through training on the application and media intervention”. This contribution provides information to undertake new projects to achieve quality and equity, in the search for a society with a more just humanity.
