Planificación del centro de desarrollo administrativo en el área occidental de la ciudad de Loja

The development of a common society depends heavily on good urban planning of a territory, if this is done in a balanced way society develops in a way fair but we will find very overcrowded places with high pollution economic costs of environmental and other practically abandoned, unsafe and future can be a focus of invasions without any planning, for this reason SENPLADES and program Good Living seeks to bring the goods (urban facilities) that serve society through decentralization of these goods at strategic points, leading to a better urban balance of society. An urban proposal for decentralization and location of the administrative equipment (district), is presented in this research as an alternative to decentralize and decongest the central area of the city, which has to its credit enough use by the population because of the centrality of most of the equipment, so output will centrality to conflict presented by the city, generating new points of urban development to serve as host to new population groups.
