Having a management support tool that allows to analyze and understand all sides of the administration, is the professional aspiration of the present investigation. This final paper qualification aims to apply the phases of the audit in Hardware C & S of Cariamanga.que it possible to measure the efficiency, effectiveness and quality of the resources used in the business, and analyze their impact on strategic development of the same. Also leads to the conclusion, if the entity has conducted in an orderly manner in achieving the goals and objectives and the extent to which management has fulfilled the obligations and responsibilities that have been assigned. Strategic planning is the fundamental criterion for the audit. In this, the standards set as goals and serve as parameters for comparison of performance indicators, basic tool for auditing are defined.
