Also leads to the conclusion, if the entity has conducted in an orderly manner in achieving the goals and objectives and the extent to which management has fulfilled the obligations and responsibilities that have been assigned. Strategic planning is the fundamental criterion for the audit. In this, the standards set as goals and serve as parameters for comparison of performance indicators, basic tool for auditing are defined. |

El presente trabajo de fin de titulación tiene como objetivo aplicar las fases de la auditoría de gestión en la Ferretería C&S de Cariamanga que permitirá medir el grado de eficiencia, eficacia y calidad de los recursos utilizados en la empresa, y analizar su impacto en el desarrollo estratégico de la misma. Además permite concluir, si la entidad ha conducido de manera ordenada en el logro de las metas y objetivos propuestos y el grado en que la administración ha cumplido con las obligaciones y atribuciones que le han sido asignadas. La planificación estratégica constituye el criterio fundamental para la auditoría de gestión.
