Diseño de un sistema de administración de presupuesto, como herramienta de gestión de calidad aplicado al área administrativa de la empresa brasilera Constructora Andrade Gutiérrez S.A., domiciliada legalmente en Quito – Ecuador.

This research has been prepared for the purpose of designing a Budget Management System as Quality Management Tool, applied to the Administrative Area Ecuador branch of the Brazilian Andrade Gutierrez SA Construction Company, which is located in Quito The situational analysis has confirmed the inadequate management of administrative processes of the construction, making it clear that the activities performed are affected by existing shortcomings. For this reason it became necessary to structure a budget management system for effective achievement of objectives. This proposal, are in a way, a set of tools that carried out correctly main objective will reduce existing weaknesses in administrative management in order to enable the organization to improve its performance, since it grow efficiently. The work is an alternative to improve the development of the construction activities and thus achieve the objectives and goals of the organization. A budget management system allows you to program, implement, monitor and evaluate budgetary movements of the company, becoming a tool for authorities to take appropriate organizational decisions.
