Plan de negocios de la Comercializadora “Carnisur” en las ciudades de Loja y Zamora, 2015.

The main aim of this research is to develop a business plan for the commercializing "Carnisur" from the cities of Loja and Zamora, The research was made with a market study to the owners of the restaurants, supermarkets and self-service, specifically I worked with a sample of 241establishments in the cities of Loja and Zamora a total of 642. The technical study could determine the macro and micro localization for the most suitable place where the trader of guinea pig meat would be located, this study also helped to an appropriate distribution of services and facilities to perform better their activities. For the implementation of this project, it is required an investment of $ 37,951.39 distributed to 30% of own capital and 70% will be required of financing. The trading will be legalized as limited company, given that this type of company provides all necessary warranty for those who will be associated in this business as shareholders. The net present value (NPV) of the project is $ 38,515.63, ensures an increase in the value of trading at the end of the life of the business plan. On the other hand the internal rate of return (IRR) is 26.80%. The cost benefit ratio is $ 1.15, this indicator supports the realization of the business plan, due to for every dollar invested it will receive $ 0.15 cents. The investment will be paid off in 3 years, 9 months and 8 days.
