Aspectos legales sobre la colonización de los indígenas Saraguro a las comunidades Shuar en el sur del Ecuador

Abstract:The study of this thesis contemplates an analysis on the sociocultural aspects of the adaptation strategies of the indigenous Saraguro in the Ecuadorian east. Although colonization is a process involving several factors, it should be noted that state policies at the time caused displacement of people to different parts of the same country and abroad, another factor was caused by natural causes such as drought in the province of Loja, which generated the departure of many indigenous Saraguro from their lands of origin, this colonization both individual and collective to the Province of Zamora Chinchipe has generated changes in the environment due to the conditions of cultural life, a situation that has caused legal problems in the sector. What we intend with this research work is to know the reality of the Miazi community about the legal problems of its inhabitants, and to contribute with mechanisms of problem solving, to achieve interculturality and good living.
