Označite | Izvleček: | Resumen: The present research work analyzes the concept of corporate social responsibility -RSC-, to apply it in the agro-productive associations as a foundation to be managed with standards of transparency, quality and long-term sustainability, assuming economic, social and environmental commitments, both within of the association, as in the community and the State. In this effort the situation of the Association of Small Producers "Nuevos Horizontes" is studied, to identify the weaknesses and strengths, and then to elaborate a management model with focus on RSC that can be applied and executed by the association. In this sense, the results of the survey applied to managers and partners allowed to conclude that the management model that is currently applied does not correspond to corporate social responsibility, because the economic, social and environmental commitments are not assumed. |
