Diseño y elaboración del protocolo de comunicación interna para la Universidad Técnica Particular de Loja, sede central

The research entitled "Design and development of Internal Communication Protocol for Universidad Technical Particular de Loja, headquarters" aimed to develop a protocol for internal communication at the Technical University of Loja, based on the analysis of the current situation UTPL internal communication and the definition of the communication policy, considering the main actors involved in the process, they are students, administrative staff and teachers. Data logging survey was applied to students and a questionnaire on line employees and university teachers were also interviewed two authorities related to the process of institutional communication. According to the results of the investigation establishes that the lack of processes, the lack of friendliness from the staff, especially on the balcony of services has generated a feeling of dissatisfaction of students, and the university community in general. It is recommended to develop and implement an internal communication protocol UTPL.
