Estudio comparado y sociojurídico de la unión de hecho desde el caso ecuatoriano con el caso colombiano

Resumen:El estudio comparado y socio-jurídico de la unión de hecho desde el caso ecuatoriano con el caso colombiano, tiene como objetivo establecer las semejanzas y diferencias de la normativa ecuatoriana y colombiana con respecto a la unión de hecho. Se aplicaron 20 The comparative and socio-legal study of the Union of Fact from the Ecuadorian case to the Colombian case, aims to establish the similarities and differences of the Ecuadorian and Colombian regulations regarding the unión of fact. 20 surveys were applied to different lawyers of free practice of the profession, who are experts in this subject, surveys that allow to delve more on the subject of study, analyze the opinions on the social aspects and the different points of view that they have regarding to the legal institution of the Union de Hecho. Finally, an analysis of two cases of the Union of Fact is carried out, which allow to expand the theoretical knowledge that is obtained with the investigation, and apply it to the reality, that is to say, as it is carried out in the daily life the juridical figure of the Union of Fact in Ecuador.encuestas a distintos abogados de libre ejercicio de la profesión, que son conocedores de este tema, encuestas que permiten ahondar más sobre el tema de estudio, se analizan las opiniones sobre los aspectos sociales y los diferentes puntos de vista que tienen con respecto a la institución jurídica de la Unión de Hecho. Finalmente se realiza un análisis de dos casos de la Unión de Hecho, los cuales permiten ampliar el conocimiento teórico que se obtiene con la investigación, y aplicarlo a la realidad, es decir, como se lleva en la vida cotidiana la figura jurídica de la Unión de Hecho en el Ecuador.
