| Samenvatting: | OBJECTIVE: Implement workshop cardiovascular symptomatology and establish the use of simulation using the objective structured clinical assessment (ECOE) in order to assess the acquisition of clinical competence in students in the fifth cycle of the Degree of Doctor of UTPL. METHODOLOGY: A descriptive, cross-sectional quantitative study. RESULTS: The workshop Semiología Cardiovascular Implemented in 64 third-year students of the Degree of Doctor, and found that 100% acquired the proposed clinical skills, whose concept was defined by obtaining 14 or more points the ECOEthat gave each student at the end of the workshop. CONCLUSIONS: In the present investigation it has been possible to implement the workshop Cardiovascular Semiología simulation without requiring large financial resources. On the other hand it has been documented that the simulation and evaluation through ECOE are medical education are tested to meet the proposed powers tools, so it should be implemented this strategy in the curriculum of the Degree of Doctor in UTPL and suggest other local universities have not implemented it yet. |
